Illiteracy on the Rise

A lot of the people I come into contact with aren’t just technologically illiterate; I think they are just downright illiterate. Take a look at this computer that appellants use to submit and appeal:

Take a shot in the dark if you must, but what would you suspect you are supposed to do after completing an appeal?
If you guessed “close the internet”, you win my undying admiration.
That’s a lie. You don’t. Because most people should be able to pick up on that. (Don’t worry. You probably have my undying admiration anyway).
Most don’t, though.
So, they’re either blind or they are imbeciles. In either case, they shouldn’t be driving.
